Job Title: Safety Steward
Location: Mumbai
Experience Required: 8-10 years
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and enforce safety protocols in line with company policies and industry standards.
Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
Oversee compliance with health and safety regulations and ensure necessary documentation is up to date.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
* 8-10 years of experience in safety management within a construction or industrial environment.
* Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to educate and influence team members.
* Certification in safety management (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) is preferred.
* Proficiency in safety software and tools for documentation and reporting.
* Ability to remain calm and decisive in high-pressure situations.
